Description

Take advantage of this time of year when tomatoes, corn and melon are at their peak. Learn to prepare seasonal dishes highlighting these seasonal ingredients paired with Bob’s ingredients. We’ll focus on late summer bounty and make dishes that are ideal for sharing with family and friends. menu to include lentils + green beans with sun gold tomatoes and herbs, cantaloupe + tomato gazpacho with toasted millet and harvest panzanella (Tuscan Bread Salad).

** All of our classes are demonstration style lead by the instructor listed above. You will go home with original recipes and eat samples of each dish prepared in class by the instructor.
