At the southern end of Point Reyes, the Coast Trail affords some of the most incredible views in the entire Seashore. During this day of adventure, we hope to take advantage of the clear and warm late fall weather, sparkling ocean and panoramic vistas. With the crashing waves below us, we will begin our 8-mile expedition – a journey that will take us from coastal bluffs, along freshwater lakes, to the remarkable views from high atop Double Point. As we walk, we will appreciate the natural world around us with the aid of Michael’s wit and wide knowledge.

Instructed by Michael Ellis
