LCANZ Building Capability Program: Last Planner System Module (Core Module)
Struggling with chaos and missed deadlines on your construction site? Learn how to take control and create predictable workflows with the Last Planner® System (LPS)—a proven and popular Lean Construction methodology used around the world to improve planning reliability and project performance.
This intensive full-day, face-to-face workshop is designed for Project Managers, Site Managers, Superintendents, Planners, and Construction Leaders who want to implement LPS on their projects. Through hands-on learning, including the immersive LEBSCO simulation game, you’ll gain practical skills to lead collaborative planning sessions, improve workflow reliability, and tackle common implementation challenges.
Whether you’re new to LPS or want to sharpen your facilitation skills, this training will equip you to drive better outcomes across your projects—on time and on budget.
After completing the training, participants will be all set to start implementing.
Important Note: We highly recommend that participants apply their learnings soon after completing this training. Participants will need the support of an experienced LPS coach when applying it on their first project. Experienced LPS coaches within the LPS community are available to be engaged separately to support rollout across projects, if required.
