*Seats are limited due to the size of the historic home, we will make every effort to seat groups together but tables are limited to 4-6 each so you may be seated with another party. Your paypal confirmation is your receipt and places you on our seating list. We will contact you if we need clarification on your order or group size for seating purposes. The historic stone farm house does NOT have public restroom faciltiies, please stop at the office or the main bathrooms before or after the tea. Please let us know if you need special accommodations for accessibility or seating. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the tea for a refund unless we are able to sell your seats to someone on the waiting list. Thank you for your understanding.*
