Last Mile Learning Webinar June 6, 2012
Event Information
Description
Last Mile Learning will provide world-class learning opportunities at little or no cost to anyone working to improve lives in the developing world. An initiative of LINGOs, Last Mile Learning will reach local NGOs and community based organizations with contextualized, localized, professional development content and experiences to improve the skills of those on the frontline of humanitarian relief and development. Last Mile Learning will initially focus on financial, people, project and IT management. In later phases, it will expand to include all aspects of operating a local organization and delivering high quality, effective programming. Last Mile Learning will help anyone who is on the frontlines of improving the lives of people who are living in poverty and suffering in developing countries around the world to be more effective.
This free session is open to all LINGOs member agencies and anyone interested in using Last Mile Learning resources or helping to build these learning assets. Session will be held Wednesday June 6 from 11am to noon Eastern time (GMT-5) (check www.timeanddate.com for time at your location) via Blackboard Collaborate.
