10am - Registration/coffee
10.30 - 12.30 - Visioning Lapidus. How do we inspire our future as practitioners and as an organisation? Led by members of the Board of Lapidus.
12.30 - Networking lunch and a chance for regional reps to get together
14.00 - AGM chaired by Clare Scott
15.15 - Tea
15.30- The day will conclude with a talk by Kate Clanchy: Poem In, Poem Out: how reading liberates writing, and the other way about.
Kate is a writer and teacher who works in a small multicultural comprehensive in East Oxford. She has won the Forward Prize for her poetry, the BBC National Short Story Award for her prose, and is currently writing a book about school.
