Earn 1.0 COMPLIMENTARY Professional Responsibility MCLE Credit and find balance in your life through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. We will introduce you to the practice of yoga with poses designed to build strength, stability and flexibility, while creating an overall sense of calm and balance. Everyone is welcome. ***Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat or towel.***
The class is geared for anyone who finds their mind racing in a thousand different directions at once, or is unable to focus and concentrate on matters at hand. Come and get present with us.

I know the event is free, but can I still donate to LAP?
Yes, you can still donate. LAP is accepting donations to it's Treatment Assistance Fund, a fund dedicated to helping lawyers, judges, and law students overcome the financial barrier of seeking treatment. LAP is accepting donations both online and on the day of the event.
To donate right now online along with your RSVP just click on the green "Register" button above. Then, choose both your "Yoga RSVP" AND input the amount you wish to donate in the field marked "Donation." Finally, click "Checkout" at the bottom right corner of the window. To donate on the day of the event, feel free to bring cash, check, or credit. Every little bit counts and all donations are tax deductible.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, please bring a towel to use.
