Language Differences or Learning Disability? Special Education Considerations for English Language Learners

This is the final professional development workshop of the 2014-2015 school year provided by the Title III Grant. Please join Barbara Marler, one of the authors of, Special Education Considerations for English Language Learners, for a look at how to distinguish the differences between language and learning disabilities. Participants will gain expertise in gathering valid information and acquire experience in crafting interventions and progress monitoring systems to address student needs. This workshop will take place in New Oxford PA with a video conferencing link to the AIU for our consortium members. A copy of Ms. Marler’s book will be provided.
