Landing the Listing CONTRACTS CE.6617000-RE

This class will go through the Exclusive Right to Represent Listing Agreement (ER) and discuss best strategies on securing listings and delivering on promises during the listing presentation.

Course and instructor are approved by Nevada Real Estate Division.

Class is LIVE online via Zoom WITH ACTIVE VIDEO FEED and working microphone. It is interactive so be prepared to participate!

REFUND POLICY: Full refund with a minimum of 24 hours written notice of request for cancellation. Credit toward future GPS courses (if available) will be given with less than 24 hours notice. NO REFUNDS given once class begins.

CE CERTIFICATE REPRINT POLICY: It is the student's responsibility to retain a copy of the CE Certificate given by the Sponsor at the end of class. Students who request a reprint, regardless of whether the class was free to attend or not, there will be charge of $20 collected BEFORE the certificate is reissued. Students are encouraged to scan their certificate into their computer and save to a cloud accessible service for future access.*Classes and Instructors approved by Nevada Real Estate Division

NEW LICENSEES: to renew your license, you need 30 hours of POST Licensing, CE will not count for your renewal; unless you are licensed in another state and meet the exemption.

RENEWING LICENSEES: unless exempt, to renew, you will need 36 hours of CE including 6 hours of contracts, 3 hours each of Agency, Ethics, Risk Management and Law; if a Broker Salesperson, 6 hours of Broker Management; if you have a Property Management Permit, you will need 9 hours of Property Management. If you have a Business Broker Permit, you will need 3 hours of Business Broker credit. Half of these credits must be live instruction. This class counts as LIVE instruction.
