You are cordially invited to the National Arts Club on Thursday, April 6th, 2017 for an evening celebrating the incredible artistic accomplishments of the artists of LAND. On view will be an extraordinary exhibition of original artwork that pushes conventional boundaries with its sheer exuberance, inventiveness and engaging honesty.
Founded in 2005 by the League Education and Treatment Center, LAND is a unique non-profit day habilitation center for adult artists with intellectual disabilities and mental illness. Operating as both a studio and gallery in DUMBO Brooklyn, LAND has exhibited across the country and internationally including the Outsider Art Fair and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, London’s Museum of Everything and the MadMusée in Belgium.
All art work will be for sale through both a silent and live auction and your generous support will make it possible for LAND to continue offering essential services.
