Lancaster to D.C. Bus Trip for Women's March on Washington
Charter bus from Executive Coach to Lincoln Memorial for the Million Woman March. Bus departs Executive Coach, Inc. 525 Beaver Valley Pike Lancaster, PA 17602 at 7am promptly, arrives at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C around 9:45 am. We will leave Washington D.C. at 5 pm to return to Lancaster at approximately 7:40pm.
Price includes tax and driver gratuity. Should fuel go above $3/gallon diesel there may be an extra few dollars collected the day-of to cover the fuel surcharge.

Highly Flammable Materials: To reduce the potential for harm in the unlikely event of an accident, highly flammable materials such as propane and oxygen are not permitted on the coach or in the luggage compartment unless medically necessary. If oxygen is medically necessary, the minimum practical amount necessary to sustain normal breathing for the duration of the trip will be permitted on board. All canisters and tanks must be in perfect shape (
with Disability service 1. Service Dogs: Specially trained service dogs are permitted on our coaches. For the safety of all passengers, the dog may not sit in the aisle; it must have a dedicated seat. 2. Medical oxygen: Allowed on our coaches. See Highly Flammable Materials above. 3. Wheelchair accessible coach: With at least 48 hours advance notice, a wheelchair accessible coach may be scheduled. a. Passenger and wheelchair combined must be less than 600 pounds. b. Wheelchair must be less than 26” wide by 46” long. c. Must be capable of being strapped down in the coach. d. There is a loss of 4 regular seats for each wheelchair position utilized e. There are 2 wheelchair positions on the coach. f. Extra time is required for loading and unloading using the wheelchair lift. Adjust the schedule appropriately.
It is understood that it may be necessary on peak travel days to use a coach of similar quality from another coach company. Baggage and all personal property are limited to that which can be stored in the overhead racks and the luggage bays of the coach. Carrier is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property. Damage to seats, windows, equipment or parts of the coach caused by a member of the chartering party shall be paid by the chartering party. An extra charge may also be incurred if the coach requires cleaning beyond our standard cleaning procedure. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited on all coaches.
Liability Release Form I understand that participation in trip activities could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death or property loss, and despite safety precautions, Widow Voyages/Simply Positive LLC cannot guarantee safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented. Widow Voyages/Simply Positive LLC, does not provide health and accident insurance for trip participants unless travel insurance is purchased through Widow Voyages via Allianz, and I understand that any medical expenses, property loss, or other personal expenditures that result during or from this travel/trip, are to be borne by the participant, or by their parent or guardian (if participant is a minor). I also hereby consent, give authorization to, and release from liability; trip leaders to secure any emergency medical treatment in event I am unable to, and I agree to be responsible for the costs thereof. I further acknowledge that if I drive my own vehicle, or am a passenger in another’s private vehicle in connection with this trip, that Widow Voyages/Simply Positive LLC’s auto insurance does not cover such a private vehicle. I also understand that Widow Voyages/Simply Positive LLC cannot be responsible for assuring the safety and reliability of such private transportation or driver, nor for any non-sponsored activities and travel that I/my child might choose to participate in before, during or after the sponsored function, and I therefore accept the risks and responsibilities associated with such private vehicle travel and activities. Possible Risks or Injuries included in the above activities may include, but are not limited to: Risk of injury inherent in participating in recreational activities; Exposure to outdoors, nature, weather, Acts of God, sea life, insects/animal or plant life; Inexperience or unfamiliarity with the activity or its requirements; Unfamiliarity with location or facility; Faulty equipment/gear or inadequate instruction, Violence/criminal acts of others; Complications or reaction from weather conditions or outside environment or Nature; Inadequate or unavailable healthcare facilities or assistance; Accidents; Illnesses; Allergic Reactions (food, plants, insects etc); Negligence; and/or Mistake. I understand and acknowledge that these risks may result in personal injury. Recommended Precautions: • Check local weather before departure and become familiar with recreational activities you plan to do • Bring appropriate clothing, footwear, supplies, protective gear (sports related, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, etc) suitable for destination weather, outdoor or recreational activities, standing/walking etc. • Avoid bringing valuables or keep secure at all times. Widow Voyages/Simply Positive LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Bring any necessary medications or emergency/medical kits (i.e. bee sting kits/epi-pen, inhalers, etc) • Know how to reach your trip leader in event of an emergency or issue In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with this trip and any recreational activities noted within; and with full understanding of the above issues/conditions and risks, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Widow Voyages/Simply Positive LLC its staff, owners, and agents from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and from all claims, suits and demands of any nature arising from participation in said trip, or activities.
