Welcome to the Masterclass with Gary McBean!

In our lamb masterclass, you’ll learn all the insider tips on how to break down a half side of lamb in an intimate, four-person setting led by Gary himself.

Tickets include a custom apron, cooler bag, boning knife and the entire side of lamb that you’ve expertly butchered.

Take home cuts include:

  • Leg
  • Midloin chops
  • Chump chops
  • Rack of lamb/lamb cutlets
  • Lamb belly/Lamb riblets
  • Shoulder [on bone, boneless, boned or rolled - however you would like to practise]
