About this event
Get energized with 45-minutes of fusion barre + cardio-centric interval training designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism. You’ll use dynamic movements with wrist/ankle weights to target different muscle groups simultaneously -all at an invigorating pace. This class will take place outdoors lakeside on the lawn at Theater on the Lake and will include Skyline Views. There is limited shading and it's suggested to bring a water bottle and towel. PLEASE NOTE: it is required to bring your own mat and recommended that you bring hand/ankle weights.
