Ladies, let's get together and hike The Incline!

Come and conquer one of the most challenging trails in the country!!!!!


You are welcome to join us!

This is a challenging hike, but it's definitely made easier with company just like you :)

Please update your RSVP in this event, so we know to expect you. I will not be posting in the event when/where we are meeting, please private message me with any of those questions.


We will start with getting together at 7:30 am, and then begin our climb! I'm sure that as we go up, we will break into pairs/groups of ladies/couples/families, as we find our pace. We will all move at a different pace, we will ALL plan to meet at the top of the Incline...so ladies, please be committed to waiting for our entire group to get to the top before we head back down Barr Trail. To get all of us to the top and bottom, I estimate a 4 hour maximum. So, plan to be hiking until Noon at the latest. .

Please feel free to come regardless of your fitness level, as long as you are in good health to hike.

I do have service the entire way up/down, so I will give you my phone number there, and also you can FB message me to communicate anything, or to find the group when needed.

If you've never done the Incline, here are some things I would recommend knowing:

-Bring more water than you think you'll need
-Bring a backpack or Camelbak
-Bring/wear sunscreen
-Bring GOOD shoes that have good tread on the bottom (Going down Barr trail can be sketchy if you have smooth shoes)
-Bring headphones if you'd like to have some music to jam to
-Choose a slower pace than a normal hike, if you don't let your heart rate get too high, you can actually keep moving. If you let your heart rate get really high, you will end up stopping more as you go up.
-Bring a snack, something with high carb will feed your muscles. I usually eat a snack when I get to the top, for energy to get back down. Something with protein would probably be good afterwards to repair your muscles.
-Other good things to have: Chapstick, Kleenex, Hat, washcloth, sunglasses
-There is a shuttle that will take you close to the Incline, the shuttle is free. Otherwise, please plan to pay for parking. I suggest coming 10-15 minutes earlier than you think you need to, so you can find parking and get to the spot we are meeting without a rush.
