This morning will feature a fun, collaborative environment where you'll be surrounded by like-experienced women. Ask your lingering pelvic health questions of women's health practitioners, hear inspirational stories of recovery, practice some fun and guided yoga, and enjoy a delicious catered champagne brunch.
As you arrive, sip on coffee, introduce yourself to your new friends, and share your experiences. Then, we'll toast to our health and spend the second portion of the event focused on our healthy futures. With a gentle guided yoga class, we'll relish our health (with our champagne glass within reach!), and we'll share advice about how to move forward without fear. After yoga, we'll gather for a delicious brunch.
