Learn how to make refreshing homemade sodas using soda cultures that are fizzy, fun, and good for you. From fresh berries to lemons to herbs and more, the sky is the limit for summer flavors. Participants will bring a “ginger bug” culture home to get started on their own soda adventures. Jason Frishman heads up the vegetarian FolkFoods stand at the Burlington summer farmer’s market and enjoys teaching about fermentation year-round.
