LACCD Disability Summit 2017
MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the 2017 Disability Summit is to celebrate equal access to LACCD educational opportunities for students with disabilities, highlight important ADA mandates with best practices applications, and understand essential practices which support safe and secure campus environments for all students, faculty, and staff.


Faculty, staff, and administrators are invited to
join us for this important event exploring the
issues that affect our disabled student
population. This year, we’ll focus on the Autism
Spectrum, with an overview on ADA and IDEA;
documentation requirements; accommodations;
and how to help students and parents prepare
for this major transition.


Continental Breakfast and Lunch Will be Provided.
