A recognized industry leader, Ty is a member of Gary Keller's Top 100 Mastermind as well as Gary Keller's "Pirate Group" (Top 15 Teams Worldwide). Ty is one of the top contributing participants and national speaker for the LABS program to develop and implement the future of real estate technology. Ty has been a MAPS Coach and Associate Leadership Council member. His current passion is helping to discover, define, and implement the cutting-edge technology that will best enhance the real estate agent.

Success Systems Summit Instructor: Chris Upham is the Managing Director of Fulcrum Training Events as well as a Regional Director for the 12th ranked KW team worldwide, Fulcrum Properties Group, which closed 380 units in 2018 for $185M in volume. Chris has practiced real estate in the DC, VA, MD area for 15 years and is a recognized industry leader. Chris has been a member of Gary Keller’s private mastermind for Expansion, served as Area and Regional Director for nationally ranked expansion organizations, is an Associate Leadership Council member and has been a core group member for launching a real estate brokerage office.
