Join Annie Hill for a high energy fitness class that combines two unique workouts: LaBlast® followed by POUND®. The first half of class will be LaBlast, a high-energy and fun dance-fitness program created by professional dancer and Three-Time World Champion, Louis Van Amstel.This partner-free dance workout incorporates dances such as the Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa, Merengue, Lindy Hop, Waltz, Tango, Samba and more. The second half of class will be Pound, the hottest new drumming-inspired workout. This is a full-body cardio and sculpting workout that uses drumming to tone muscles and blast calories. You won't want to miss this new and intense workout!
