The theme for this year's event is Diversity in Product!

As Product People, we create software and objects that make up the fabric of the daily lives of others.

The products we build as Product Managers have meaningful impact on the behavior and psyche of our users. The biases that are conceived upon the onset of gathering requirements, working through design, and finalized through testing may have unintended consequences on the people that we build products for.

This conference will not only explore the impact of creating diverse Product teams, but also how to interject inclusivity in Product design resulting in Products that create constructive emotional connections with users.
