Event description

Description

An ancient Moroccan Berber-Amazigh tradition, Mimouna is an interfaith celebration of Spring, when on the last day of Passover, at sunset, Jewish families would open their doors to their Muslim neighbors who would bring them the leavened cakes, the honey and the dates, to party together all night long!

Let us commemorate and revive this beautiful interfaith tradition! Join us for delicious Moroccan food, live music, and dance! This is a family-friendly event, during the week of Spring Break, so bring your kids to join in the fun!

BYOB! You're welcome to bring wine and other drinks.

**Entrance to the church is around the side at 13 Sellers St**
