LA CEOs Feb. 2, CyberSecurity:Understanding The Modern Day Threat Landscape
Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (PST)
Santa Monica, CA
LA CEOs, an education and support group for CEOs presents: Cyber Security: Understanding The Modern Day Threat Landscape.
This presentation will address the most cutting-edge information security concerns and trends. It will go into how systems are attacked and compromised and how information such as identities are stolen in a digital age to help you truly understand the most prevalent security threats facing you and your organization.
The methods used by attackers to compromise systems and information have evolved rapidly over the last few years. No longer is it enough to rely simply on perimeter based firewalls and desktop anti-virus. Today's attacks are more complex and the attackers are more calculating. Understanding these changes in the threat landscape is critical to ensuring the integrity of your organization's systems and information. This presentation will go beyond the usual regulatory compliance rhetoric to help you truly understand the most prevalent security threats facing your most sensitive information.
