The Sankofa Group
The Sankofa Group is a public history firm that interprets the stories of people of color across the Diaspora. Founded by Ebonee Davis, The Sankofa Group takes the histories and truths of our ancestors and makes them accessible to the public in a way that is engaging, enlightening and fun! We firmly believe that history, while it has its place in scholarship and academia, belongs to the PEOPLE first! It is our goal to interpret that history to the people in the form of lectures and presentations, lesson plans, oral history, archives, and more.
