Kwanzaa 365 is a conference, hosted by Bridge the Gap Coalition, designed to inspire our community to adapt the principles of Kwanzaa for enrichment through education year round. The Kwanzaa holiday based on African cultural heritage is traditionally celebrated the last week of the year wherein families and communities of African descent gather together to recollect and celebrate achievements made throughout the year as a result of daily implementation of its 7 universal principles: Unity, Self-Determination, Collective Work and Responsibility, Cooperative economics, Purpose, Creativity and Faith.

While its axioms are commemorated at the years end, its principles are intended to be practiced throughout the year as a lifestyle intended to empower Africans of the Diaspora. As such, children, whose growth is already a core focus in Kwanzaa celebration, can benefit from structured curriculums which are rooted in Kwanzaa's wisdom.

This conference has been designed upon the principles of Kwanzaa and entails two days of panelists discussion around the following areas to bolster children's education-from-home experience:
