Master Kung Fu Instructor, Shayne Tucker is coming to The Love & Light Institute to give you a 90 minute personal experience of Monkey Kung Fu.
He has been studying martial arts since middle school, starting with Shaolin. He has over 40 years of practice, studying the different styles of Kung Fu - Snake, Crane, Tiger, Eagle, lizard and Monkey. He is also an engineer. Mr. Tucker is a brilliant and joyful man who will give us a great workout while he teaches us the Figure8 exercises; he will help you rediscover your childhood ability braking through all the built-up aged limitation.
These Figure8 exercises help coordinate all the human anatomical structural elements while developing fluidity, continuity and strengthen the homeostasis (regulation/balance) of the body. Monkey techniques will also be demonstrated in self defense coordination, flow, calmness (Tai Chi), speed and strength (Chi Gong) gain be practicing this style.
Sifu Tucker will break in between the exercises to teach us about the flow of Energy through our body and how to work to gain more control, sense the symbiotic relationships of energy exchanges and how it relates to the human body its organs, glands and more so the cells. Energy migrates through all creation changing forms, it help the balance and continuity of everything in creation.
We will tap into the resource of longevity, vitality, health. He will show us how to get to know ourselves in a new way so we can generate universal energy within us since that's exactly what we are made up of in the first place “As above, so below”. "As Healthy as You Will to Be" is his slogan.
