Each Kundalini Yoga class includes breath exercises, movement in the form of asanas and kriyas (some static, some moving), meditation and mantra to release stress and tension and ground you in your body. This yogic practice energizes your body and brings balance and resilience to your glandular and nervous systems. Connect deep within and realize the Infinite Grace that has always been with you and within you, and uplift your being. Move through your day and life from your peaceful center and radiate that peace to those around you and into the world.
