Join me for a 10-week Kundalini Yoga series Autumn semester starting on 25th September to practice the 'Yoga of Awareness.'
By utilising the unique combination of movement, breath, mantra, and meditation you will find your inner voice and begin to awaken the dormant Kundalini energy within us all. You may experience deep relaxation, improved sleep, bouts of creativity and inspiration, unblocking of unhelpful patterns and healing of the mind, body and spirit. With the beauty of nature in the full bloom, allow yourself to resonate with your True Identity that is inherently happy, abundant, and powerful!
Duration: This class is approximately 75 minutes. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to settle in and for newcomers to complete a brief questionnaire. We will begin on time!
Investment: £12 (Drop-in). Blocks of 5 and 10 classes are now available.
No experience required. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own!
