In this One day Immersion we will establish the Rhythm of 2019
In this one day course, we will:
o Cultivate clarity of mind, heart, and connection to purpose
o Elevate our energy and activate the Intuition
o Study and Experience Yogic lifestyle techniques for a balanced and fulfilled life
o Explore best practices to cultivate and maintain a personal Sadhana (daily spiritual practice) for the most fulfilling year yet!
Our Special Day Schedule :
5-730am- Morning Sadhana (optional )
7:30-9:30 Break for breakfast
9:30am - 12:00-morning session
12:00-1:30PM Lunch break
1:45- 3:45 afternoon session
3:45- 4:15pm - Food break
4:15-5:15pm Sound Bath
5:15-5:30pm pm Closing
