Please join me Friday nights to experience your true you, explore your self awareness and recharge your energy. It will be a great opportunity to let go of any stress from the week, tune inward and create new energy inside that will lift and inspire you.
During our time together we will be practicing breath work, yoga, relaxation and ending with a beautiful mantra meditation to create a neutral mind.
October 28- Flexibility of the spine, meditation for depression and anxiety and creating a neutral mind.
November 11- Yoga to elevate your mind, body and spirit, relaxation and a closing meditation called Heart of Gratitude that will awaken abundance and generosity inside just in time for Thanksgiving.
November 25- Yoga to relieve Inner Anger, relaxation and ending with a sacred mantra Meditation to Keep up with the times. In order to keep up with the times we must have compassion and kindness towards each other no matter what our differences maybe. This mantra will bring prosperity of all kinds and peace of mind for the holiday season.
December 9- Yoga to Awaken your Ten Bodies. The Ten Bodies are:
Soul Body, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical Body, Arc Line, Auric Body, Pranic Body, Subtle Body and Radiant Body
Followed by relaxation and ending with a beautiful mantra meditation which helps to focus your attention and energy on your true essence and higher consciousness.
December 23 - Tap into the Sacred energy around Christmas with Yoga and breath work to elevate your mind, body and spirit. Along with a relaxation and ending with a Blessed Mantra Meditation called Oneness of Heart.
