Your Facilitator
Carla Eve is a transformational guide and founder of Eaves Retreats. After experiencing her own spontaneous Kundalini awakening, Carla devoted herself to understanding the mysteries of energy, embodiment, and emotional alchemy.
Certified as a Kundalini Facilitator through Meta School, she has been training in VITA Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching while deepening her studies in Kundalini Embodiment and Tantra-inspired energy work.
Her sessions weave together grounded psychology, sacred sensuality, and somatic wisdom - offering a bridge between the mystical and the deeply human.
Through her work, Carla helps others return home to their bodies, clear energetic blocks, and reawaken the life force that fuels creativity, vitality, and self-love.

Kundalini energy is often called our "serpent energy" - a powerful, creative life force that rests at the base of your spine, waiting to be awakened. When this energy begins to rise through your chakras, it clears what's ready to be released and opens you to your deepest truth. This is a journey of coming back to yourself - of healing, expansion, and remembering your wholeness.

What We'll Journey Through Together
This is a deeply personal experience that unfolds differently for everyone. Over our 2 hours together, we'll move through three gentle stages:
Welcome & Opening
We'll gather, and I'll share about Kundalini energy and what to expect. This is a safe space - bring your questions, your curiosity, your openness.
60-Minute Energy Transmission
You'll lie comfortably on a mat as I transmit energy through sound and touch. I'll work both on and around your body, creating space for the energy to move through you, releasing what's ready to go and awakening what's been dormant. Trust what arises.
Integration Circle
Afterwards, we'll come together to share, process, and integrate. This is your time to speak what wants to be spoken, to release what needs releasing, and to be witnessed without judgment.
What You Might Experience
Kundalini energy speaks through the body in many ways. You might notice:
- Spontaneous movements or sensations flowing through you
- Emotions rising and releasing (tears, laughter, relief)
- Visions, insights, or sudden clarity
- States of deep bliss or expanded awareness
- Sensations of energy, tingling, warmth, or lightness
- Feeling like you've left your body for a moment
Trust What Comes
The energy is wise. It knows exactly what you need. Your only job is to stay open, to surrender, and to trust the intelligence of your own body and spirit. You're safe here.
How to Prepare
To support your experience, here's what I gently suggest:
- Eat lightly: Try to fast for at least 3 hours before, or just have something light like fruit
- Skip the caffeine: No coffee or tea for at least 3 hours before we begin
- Wear comfort: Loose, soft clothing (layers are lovely)
- Bring water: A bottle to keep yourself hydrated
- Arrive with ease: Come 5-10 minutes early to settle in
- Mat provided: I'll have yoga mats ready for you

This work can be intense and deeply moving. Please hold these considerations close:
Sound: We'll have loud music playing during the transmission. If you're sensitive to sound, please check in with yourself about whether this feels right.
Emotional readiness: Kundalini can bring up powerful emotions and experiences. If you're in a particularly fragile or vulnerable space right now, take a moment to feel into whether this is your time.
Health considerations: This session isn't recommended if you have a history of mania, psychosis, delusions, epilepsy, heart conditions, or if you're in your third trimester of pregnancy.
