Do I need any experience to attend?

Nope, not at all. This session is open to complete beginners and experienced energy explorers alike. You don’t need to prepare or “know how” to do anything,  just bring yourself, exactly as you are.

What actually happens during the session?

You’ll lie down on a mat, close your eyes, and let yourself be guided.
I’ll play music and work with the energy in the space, gently supporting your body’s natural life force to move. You don’t need to do anything consciously besides allowing yourself to surrender... to yourself.

Question 3

Will you be touching me during the session?

Accepted Answer

There can be gentle touch during the session, often on the head or specific chakra points, to support the energy flow. Consent is asked before the transmission begins. If you’d prefer a fully hands-off session, that’s completely okay. Just let me know when you arrive.

Question 4

Should I eat before the session?

Accepted Answer

It’s best to come on an empty stomach. If you can fast, beautiful — if not, try to avoid food for at least 3–4 hours. This helps the energy move more freely, as digestion uses a lot of your bodily energy and could dull your sensitivity during the session.

Question 5

Is this the same as Kundalini Yoga?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a different practice, but we are working with the same energy. As this is non-wilful, there is no yoga, breathwork, or physical movement involved to follow. It’s a lying-down, surrender energy-based experience guided by music, the transmission and your body.
