KrickFit Nutrition Workshop with Molly Molofsky

This 2 hour, hands on nutrition workshop will show you how to start and succeed on a 2 week elimination diet. The first half of class we will discuss general nutrition concepts and how to fuel your active body. You'll learn what "anti inflammatory" and "elimination" diets are, as well as when and why you may want to implement them.
We'll break for a smoothie demo (learn how to create a balanced smoothie) and snack.
The second part of class will be a workshop where you'll get to build your own customized diet and meal plan. Walk away with a customized 2 week meal plan with the recipes and grocery list ready to go.
About Molly: Molly Molofsky is a certified nutritionist and personal chef for people with specialized diets.
