Description
ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE. NO TICKETS ARE SOLD AT THE DOOR.
Friday Jan. 10th (open 4:00-9:00PM) & Saturday Jan. 11th, 2020 (open 10:00AM-9:30PM).
KotoriCon is an interactive anime event organized by a campus club of student volunteers who want to encourage sharing in Japanese culture. We are a "interactive anime event with a big heart”.
The theme this year is “Sports”. We are introducing more interactive experiences and chances to spend time with friends.
Registration
Individual Tickets
Each ticket must have a name of the attendee. (Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.) ID will be required at the door and this ticket is not valid without the accompanying adult if you are under 18. When you purchase multiple tickets please if you add in the email for each person you are buying a ticket for they can be sent a link as soon as the schedule has been made available.
YOUR TICKET IS GOOD FOR BOTH DAYS! (no one day tickets are sold)
Early Bird Pricing

Prize Winners!
Those of you who won tickets for Kotorion 2020 will have a ticket coupon with a special code. Enter the code in the "promotional code" box and you can purchase your prize ticket. (This works best when entered in one ticket at a time.)
Flock Tickets
Discounted Flock Group tickets are available until the end of November by request from school and community clubs with more than 20 people attending. Please email registration@kotoricon.org for instructions and more information.
Accessibility
Kotoricon is dedicated to accommodating all attendees who may have disabilities that are protected by federal, state, and local public accommodations and accessibility laws. We are ready and prepared to offer a hand to visitors with special needs or whom may require some sort of a reasonable accommodation. All programs and events take place in wheelchair accessible locations. To ensure our ability to provide a great experience for all attendees, please provide at least 30 days notice if you require accomodations by emailing us at contact@kotoricon.org
Minors under 18 years old *IMPORTANT*
PLEASE READ Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult at least 18 years old. Tickets for people under 18 are not valid without the accompanying adult. If the accompanying adult is not the legal guardian/parent then you must complete, print out and bring a SIGNED parental permission form. The form is at https://forms.gle/XMVD5zycnechN1289

Children 8 and Under
KotoriCon is designed for fans 13 and over and has limited programming available for younger children. Free children's tickets are limited and available for attendees under the age of 8. These tickets are added onto the purchase of an adult ticket. If you are bringing children 8 or younger with you then bring a print out of your ticket to show the children's names and your cell number to get badges for the children. Children may NOT be left unaccompanied while at Kotoricon. ALL children found at KotoriCon without an accompanying adult will be asked to remain at Con-Operations until a parent arrives. Badge Pick-Up
You can pick up your badge on Friday or Saturday. Registration will be open on Friday evening from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
There is programming on Friday evening (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Saturday (10:00AM - 9:30 PM) is our full Convention at the Rowan College of South Jersey - Gloucester Campus, NOT ROWAN UNIVERSITY. This is the SAME LOCATION as previous years (the college changed its name from Gloucester County College in 2014, then from Rowan at Gloucester County in 2019.)
If you are 18 or older please bring photo ID with you to indicate your age.

When we run out of tickets we will automatically open an option to add yourself to a waiting list. This may not show up on all mobile devices.
Refunds
Refund requests will be accepted until the day before the event starts. No refunds can be processed after that time unless the event is cancelled. Email questions to registration@kotoricon.org or request a refund by logging in and go to "Tickets" in your Eventbrite account.
PARKING: Most people carpool to KotoriCon - we have free parking. The closest parking to registration is in the lot by the new Mathematics and Engineering Center.
