What is Kona Glow Run?
Light up the night with us at Kona Glow Run, a family friendly 5K designed for people of all ages and athletic abilities. Runners and walkers are welcome to join in for an evening filled with glow sticks, black lights, great music, and an after party sure to keep you dancing through the night.

Pre-Party
The pre-party will feature music, glow jewelry, glow body paint and more!

The Course
Join us for 3.1 miles of glow running! Our start and finish lines are positively glowing, and black light zones are featured throughout the course – a perfect photo opportunity for you and your team!

Participants
In it to win it? Sign up for the elite heat to be timed. Medals will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place female and male winners.

In it for the fun of it? Sign up for the general heat. This heat is not timed, making it ideal for both experienced runners and first-time participants. We welcome walkers and runners of all ages and athletic abilities, with special discounted registration available for children and corporate-sized teams of 25 or more.
