Kombucha! How-to brew at home!

Join Intuition Nutrition in the heart of The Hustle at Lululemon Queen Street to learn all the home-brewing basics.
We will begin the workshop with an overview of the benefits of Kombucha. Then jump into a kombucha tasting to distinguish between the different stages of the fermentation process. Participants will then follow along in a step-by-step instruction of setting up your first home-brew. Leave the workshop with everything you need to get started that day at home!
Each participant recieves a 2L brewing vessel, fine Assam Banaspty black tea, organic white sugar and of course a SCOBY!
Kombucha is a naturally carbonated fermented cold tea rich in probiotics, enzymes, electrolytes and polyphenols. Well-known for it’s lightly acidic, subtly sweet flavor, kombucha is an incredibly healthful addition to your diet.
