Join BR+A in Round 4 of our fight to Knock Out Cancer on Thursday, January 26 at EverybodyFights (Seaport Location) to support The Four Diamonds Fund! We will be kicking off the event with a 4:00pm class at EBF followed by an after party at Empire (1 Marina Park Drive, Boston, MA 02210). The after party will start at 5:30 and include heavy appetizers plus a cash bar. Please arrive at EBF by 3:30pm to check in and change for the class.
Many of us have been affected by cancer in some way and because of that, we decided to support the Four Diamonds Fund. This 501c3 nonprofit organization was founded in 1972 with a mission to conquer childhood cancer by assisting children and their families through superior care, comprehensive support and innovative research.
At EBF, you will have three class options to choose from (sign-ups to follow): TRAIN, BAGS, and ROAD. Class sign ups will take place closer to the day of the event. There is limited capacity for each class so sign ups will be on a first come, first serve basis.
TRAIN focuses on strength, power, and explosiveness through a combination of boxing, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. No gloves required, this is a circuit training based class.
BAGS is the foundation of the BOXFIIT™ Bags Class Series. BAGSxBODY provides a full-body strength and conditioning workout, incorporating various bodyweight exercises within boxing rounds to create a high-intensity boxing fitness experience. Gloves will be provided for those that do not have their own.
ROAD is a high-intensity, interval-based treadmill class focused on building endurance and explosiveness to endure a 12-round fight.
