Presentation: information and resources will be shared, including what tenants should know about their legal rights and rent stabilization law.

Discussion: we will explore the impact of gentrification on communities of color, particularly Asian immigrant communities here in NYC, the role of LGBTQ folks/young professionals etc..., and how individuals and communities can organize against displacement.
