Whether you are spending a lot of time standing, you are sitting all day in your office chair (and your car, and then your kitchen, and then your couch), or you are running around for errands or after small children...
Whether you are pain free, or have already experienced the way too common back, foot, or knee pain...
Whether you are a runner, walker, or gym rat, active or sedentary - this workshop will teach you:
(whole-body) foot facts;
(whole-body) foot exercises;
(whole-body) foot alignment!
You will experience how...
(whole-body) foot movement,
(whole-body) foot awareness,
(whole-body) foot health...
are impacting your (whole body) ability to move, rest and enjoy life, and are influencing the functioning of seemingly unrelated (whole-) body areas such as knees, hips, low back, upper back, breathing and neck, to name just a few. Or their objections in the form of aches, pains, and limited ranges of motion.
You will take away:
processes to follow to re-learn to stand, sit and walk better,
body awareness to help you to position and use your feet and whole body in a healthier way,
specific and detailed instructions to help you using more of your body in less time for a healthier and happier you!
