Know Your Disclosures

This CalBRE approved course will teach agents to recognize what disclosures need to be made in a real estate sales transaction including when during the transaction the disclosure should be made. Course will review proper disclosure forms to use and how to properly use these required forms. Agents will also learn the difference between California Association of REALTORS® and Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® forms and which is the best form for the particular situation.

Instructor: Joel Carlson
Joel graduated from Chapman University (1974) and got his RECI (Real Estate Certificate Institute) in 1980 from Santa Ana College. Joel obtained his GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) in 1982 and his CREC (Certified Real Estate Consultant) from the American College in 1984. In 1986, Joel became a Master Instructor and author for the California Association of Realtors. And, in 1992, Joel qualified for his DREI (Designated Real Estate Instructor) from the National Association.
Reservations for programs requiring payment will not be processed until payment is received. If you must cancel your reservation, a maximum refund of 85% of the program cost will be issued if the cancellation is received in writing three days prior to the course date. A non-refundable 15% of the program cost will be assessed for processing fees. GSDAR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. If cancellation occurs, GSDAR will issue a full refund. In the event of rescheduling, GSDAR will send immediate notification and transfer all reservations (including payments) to the new date.
