Event description
A day of accessible theology presented by Story and Soul, featuring Bible teacher Amy Gannett and gospel-saturated worship band Sow + Tether

About this Event

“Be still and know that I am God.”

Psalm 46:10 is a verse that seems simple, but it packs a punch. Once we’re still (that’s hard enough!), we have a job to do: To know that God is God. What does that even mean? Enter theology: The study of the nature of God. We need more than stillness—we need good theology. We need to know what God is like! Can you imagine anything more needed in the lives of women than stillness—and then knowledge of God to meditate on in the stillness?

Join other women from the Memphis area for a day of accessible theology presented by Story & Soul. We’ll learn from Bible teacher Amy Gannett and worship with gospel-saturated worship band Sow & Tether. The event will take place at the beautiful chapel at St. George’s Independent School in Germantown, Tennessee.

Tickets include access to a day full of rich content, a swag bag, digital access to the study "Learning Sabbath" by Amy Gannett, and a digital Bible study tool from S&S Team Member Caroline Saunders.
