Cooking is much more fun and efficient when you have good knife skills. In this class we'll discuss knife selection, sharpening, storing, and more.
You will get hands on practice in prepping ingredients for recipes, learn techniques to keep you safe, and get plenty of practical tips and tricks from restaurant chefs.
Bring your own knife if you want or we'll have a selection for your to use.
Cost is $65 and class lasts 2 hours.
