About the class:
This beginner-level class focuses on getting you comfortable with using a knife in the kitchen to cut the vegetables that you are most likely to use when starting out in the kitchen, including garlic, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, fresh herbs and more. Even if you are already cooking a lot at home, this class will teach you to be faster, more efficient, and maybe even have more fun.
About the teacher:
Chris Anderson, the VP of Food at Clover, leads up sourcing and food development for the Clover menu, has a degree in culinary management and nutrition from Johnson and Wales University, and was a personal chef before joining Clover in 2009. He currently holds the record for the fastest knife skills time in the company.
