We will have a storage box for your belongings during the session.
You are required to meet your Instructor and fellow Bootcampers 10 mins before the session to finalize any admin requirements.
- water to hydrate yourself.
- change of clothes in case you get dirty during the session.
- Suitable running shoes that can provide protection, cushioning and traction for the outdoor exercises.
- Suitable outdoor workout clothing such as shorts, leggings or track pants.
- Suitable outdoor workout top that's comfortable and won't restrict your movement.
First Session Preparation
Since Original Bootcamp is a moderate to high intensity program, we do recommend you to hydrate well and have a good night's sleep before the day of the session. Please do not eat any heavy meals within 3 hours before the session to make sure the session will go on without any discomfort to your digestive system. Very light snacks such as half a banana 1 hour before is ample to sustain you throughout the session.
Please advise the Instructor/s if you have any medical or movement issues pertaining to exercise before the start of the session.
