***When purchasing tickets, create a group name. It will serve as your team name. It can be shared with teammates to complete a twosome or foursome***

Registration Fee Includes:

An 18 Hole Round of Mini-Golf at Coyote Crossing, prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, and a boxed lunch (slated to include a chicken sandwich, snack, and water--subject to change) served between the twosome and foursome event.

1st place: 10% of entry fees (up to $180 per two-some)

2nd place: 7.5% of entry fees (up to $135 per two-some)

3rd place: 5% of entry fees (up to $90 per two-some)

All Golfers will be eligible for hole-in-one gift cards. Any hole-in-one prizes not claimed through hole-in-one putts will be distributed by random draw from all participating golfers.

1st place finishers will get a placard on a perpetual trophy that will stay with Kiwanis of Glendale Heights and will be displayed at each subsequent Mini-Golf Smackdown event.
