Meowmaste!

One of the best Yoga instructors around, Lianna Halko will help us kick start the day. Roll out your yoga mat for a 60 minute beginner friendly(all levels) yoga class to support The North Fork Country Kids!

Our favorite volunteer Lianna, will lead us through poses designed to calm your mind and strengthen your body. This class is designed for everyone, whether you have previous yoga experience or not. Tickets include a pint of beer. Please bring your own yoga mat. Masks are required. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you not attend. Rescue swag and T-shirts are available. You must be 8 years old and older to attend this experience. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, as parental consent is required for all minors. No one under 21 will be served. Those under 21 will receive a NFCK gift bag instead of a pint with their ticket. ID's will be checked at the door. Kittens will be joining you on your mat! It's an awesome interactive experience!

Again...be sure to bring your yoga mat and water bottle.

Organizer The North Fork Country Kids Animal Rescue

Organizer of Kitten Yoga - Sip, Stretch, Purr

The North Fork Country Kids Animal Rescue is a small Not - for -Profit, foster based rescue. We rescue cats from all over Long Island and teach TNR(trap, Neuter/spay, return) feral cats. We educate and advocate for the safety of animals everywhere. Our monthly events and partnerships in the community help to pay for the thousands of dollars used to vet and care for the animlas we save.
