Kitten Yoga in NYC: Stretch, Flow & Cuddle for a Cause!

Stretch, breathe, and flow alongside adorable rescue kittens from FOWA Rescue as they wander, play, and maybe even lend a “helping paw” during your practice.

You can expect:
• 40 minutes of gentle, all-levels yoga led by Ariana Garbaccio
• 20 minutes of playtime to cuddle and interact with FOWA’s adoptable kittens and cats (treats and toys will be provided!)

All cats and kittens you meet will be available for adoption! Applications will be available at the event. Please note that all adopters must complete the approval process; kittens and cats won’t go home the same day unless adoption applications are filled out and approved prior the event
