About this event
Join the Red River Valley Woodcarvers in carving this adorable ornament. This is a beginner level class, but some carving experience is required. If you have attended one of our introductory classes you will be fine.
Class runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. There will be a club meeting at 10:30, followed by lunch. Registration includes a burger and fries lunch, but you will need to purchase your own beverage. Outside food is not permitted, but there are other nearby places to eat.
You will need a carving glove, thumb protector, knife, small gouges and a v-tool. There will be tools available for those that need them.

Red River Valley WoodcarversRed River Valley Woodcarvers hosts a variety of carving classes throughout the year. Our meetings are the first Saturday of the month from September-May. We offer classes on meeting days as well as host our annual Wood Arts Festival in April. Many of our instructors come from within the club, but we also will bring in regional and national instructors. Unless otherwise noted we hold the classes at the Moorhead American Legion Post 21.
