Do you want to be sure that your family honors your wishes about what is important to you at the end of your life? Having legal documents completed is important, but conversations with your family and friends about your plans are just as important.
Kitchen Table Conversations provides a hands-on approach where we learn about and practice how to engage with loved ones on the subjects of illness and death as an integral part of our advance planning. Kathy and Brian are our guides as we explore our personal stories, values, and beliefs during the two workshops. They will review choices for advance care directives and proxies.
This event is a series of two sessions from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. in Conference Center 3 on the first floor of St. Patrick Hospital. Kitchen Table Conversations series are available on the following dates:
Please plan to attend both parts 1 and 2.
Admission includes coffee or tea and snacks. Discussions are facilitated in small groups like our own Kitchen Tables.
