Description

When the cold weather sets in, there's nothing quite like a good bowl of soup or stew and for many homecooks and chefs alike, that means building hearty, flavorful bases for long cooked meals. This demo class will cover the basics of creating flavorful culinary stocks and broths as well as rendering raw fat to turn it into a usable cooking ingredient. Molly will be on hand to talk you through the steps and answer any questions.

Ticket price includes admission, some sampling and a beverage, and enough bones for a gallon of stock to take home.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We have predominately street parking that is usually fairly open on Sundays. There is a small lot behind the building if you cut down the alley.

What's the refund policy?

With notice, we are happy to refund the price of the ticket up to seven days before the event. After that, we will save your portion of the lamb for pick up any day a week after the event.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

That's fine! If the name does not match, please bring a printed ticket with you.
