Our coaching model is rigorous, supportive, and successful for staff at all levels - instructional aides, paraeducators, teachers, content specialists, assistant principals, school leaders, managing directors, and so on. Just like with our amazing students, we believe in pouring into our teachers to help them grow into the leader they want to be.
